Steve Blasnik PRESIDENT, PEROT INVESTMENTS

Steve Blasnik is President of Perot Investments, Inc., a private investment firm affiliated with
Ross Perot. Mr. Blasnik also serves as President of Parkcentral Capital Management LP, an investment
firm controlled by the Perot Family Trust and serves on the board of Perot Systems.
Dan Levitan MANAGING PARTNER, MAVERON LLC

Dan Levitan co-founded Maveron in 1998, bringing a wealth of experience in the retail, consumer and
financial sectors. Prior to founding Maveron, Levitan was a Managing Director at Schroders. At Schroders,
he headed consumer investment banking, new business development and founded the West Coast investment
banking division. Levitan met Howard Schultz in 1991, when Starbucks began planning for its IPO.
Levitan has acted as a consultant to numerous private, public and philanthropic organizations, including
Duke University's Trinity College of Arts & Sciences Board of Visitors, The Rock Center for
Entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School and Pilchuck Glass School.
Levitan is a graduate of Horace Mann School, Duke University and Harvard Business School.
Stuart J. Rabin
CEO JACOBSON FAMILY INVESTMENTS AND NINE THIRTY CAPITAL

Stuart J. Rabin is the President and CEO of Jacobson Family Investments, Inc. (JFI), a diversified
family investment company, and Nine Thirty Capital, a registered investment advisor. Previously,
Rabin was employed by a New York based hedge fund, Morgan Stanley Asset Management, and Bear Stearns
& Co. Earlier in his career, Rabin practiced law for the New York law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate,
Meagher & Flom and with the Washington, D.C. law firm Verner, Liipfert, Bernard, McPherson & Hand.
In addition to serving as Chairman of Internet REIT, Rabin is also a director of other private
companies and serves as an advisor to several hedge funds. He is involved in various charitable
causes including as a member of the Columbia Presbyterian Health Sciences Advisory Council and as
the co-chair of the Council's Neurosciences Committee. He is also a member of the Wharton Global
Family Alliance Research Council of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Rabin graduated with honors from Georgetown University and from the Georgetown University Law Center.
He received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Fred Singer

Fred Singer has been an industry pioneer in the Internet field for over a decade, working with
SoftBank, Yahoo! BB, America Online and the Washington Post Company. Mr. Singer has a specific
expertise in scaling emerging technologies and businesses on the Internet. Prior to joining
SoftBank Capital, Mr. Singer worked at America Online from 1996 to 2002 as a Senior Vice
President at many of the company's operating divisions including AOL Studios (Content),
ICQ (Instant Messaging) and Emerging Products, which worked on several new product categories
ranging from small business, music, eCommerce and directories. Mr. Singer was one of the
early Internet pioneers, starting his career at the Washington Post Company in 1992 where
he was a founder and headed business operations for the Washington Post Online Service
(now WashingtonPost.com) until 1995. He was also formerly a Strategy Consultant at Bain &
Company in Boston. Mr. Singer serves on the boards of the Motley Fool Company, Claria Corporation,
Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts (International Committee) and Upper Canada College.
He has an MBA from Harvard and a LLB, MA Philosophy, BA Philosophy with Distinction and B.
Commerce with Honours from Queen's University (Canada). |
